Processing and Shipping
We work very hard to get your order to you as soon as possible-we can’t wait for you to receive it! Please keep in mind that most beauty boxes, cosmetic bags, and some lipglosses are made to order, therefore take a little bit longer to prepare.
We aim to get your package in the mail within two to three days of payment received. If for some reason we are unable too, we will notify you via phone or email to keep you in the loop!
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50 domestically. If ordering for a special occasion or holiday, please order in enough time to receive it! If you wish to expedite the shipping process, please choose an alternative method of shipment. Some smaller items that are shipped via the free shipping method DO NOT COME WITH TRACKING. If you wish to have tracking for your package and it is a smaller item, please upgrade your shipping to include shipping.
DUE TO COVID-19 AND OVERWHELMED USPS, please understand that shipping is sometimes delayed. ONCE WE HAND IT OVER TO USPS, it is out of our control. You will be provided with tracking as soon as your package ships. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. All packages are insured up to $50. If for some reason your package does not arrive or arrives damaged, please contact USPS to file your insurance claim using the tracking number provided.
